Woldingham School mansion, with its magnificent grounds, is available for hire for a variety of functions. Facilities range from striking reception rooms suitable for formal occasions, a state-of-the-art auditorium, various classrooms and teaching facilities through to extensive grounds and sports facilities.

The main mansion is an imposing red brick building with quirky architectural detailing, the immediate grounds are similarly impressive featuring a large carp pond, prettily planted pergola walk as well as stone statuary and sweeping lawns. Virtually every twist and turn presents a photo opportunity which delights both guests attending events here and organisers of photo-shoots.

Visitors frequently comment on the secluded atmosphere of the Woldingham valley yet the location is surprisingly accessible. True, the drive is a mile-and-a-half long but we are less than 10 minutes from junction 6 of the M25. Woldingham train station lies partially within the grounds and is a 10 minute walk from the main part of the school to the London–bound platform. There are frequent trains to both London Bridge and Victoria, the journey time is about half an hour.

The 700 acre estate lies in a peaceful Surrey valley of rolling fields and woodlands designated as an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

It is possible to hire the venue or specific facilities for a matter of hours or much longer periods. We have accommodation that is available for participants on residential courses, conferences and summer schools.
