Alumnae reminisce over picnics on Pergola Lawn at Old Girls’ Day

24 June 2024

Alumnae returned to Woldingham from far and wide for a wonderful day of reminiscing at Old Girls’ Day on Sunday 23 June. Whether students were here in the 1960s or returning after just a few years away, all enjoyed catching up and sharing memories over picnics in lovely sunshine on Pergola Lawn.

This year, we also welcomed alumnae from Sacred Heart Hammersmith and Beechwood Sacred Heart. Fr Gerry led a special Mass in the school chapel, which was livestreamed for alumnae unable to attend in the person.

Guests enjoyed chatting with current students Tina, Kira, Clara, Feranmi and Andrea, some of our Lower Sixth Ribbons, who took them on tours of the school grounds.

As always, this was a wonderful day filled with nostalgia, love for Woldingham and alumnae’s treasured memories of the school.
