Ken Walker, from the University of the Arts London, returned once again to Woldingham this week to offer his time and expertise to our students; on this visit, Ken worked with Sixth Formers who are applying for Art Foundation or degree courses. The students shared both their portfolio and project work with Ken and benefitted both from his first-hand knowledge of what colleges look for from applicants and from his many exciting ideas on their work in progress. It will also stand them in good stead to have practised talking about their work to someone unfamiliar with it. As always, the sessions were both extremely useful and highly enjoyable and it was a pleasure to welcome Ken back to Woldingham.
