The annual Staff vs. Parents Rounders Match was held on Top Pitches last week in dry weather, if not the glorious sunshine of last year. Big hitting was matched by some great catches in a closely-contested game, played with great sportsmanship. The match ended 10.5-9.5, with the staff team taking victory, though the parent team was undoubtedly 'best dressed' and also 'best supported', with lots of shouts of 'go Mum!' emanating from the sidelines. After the match, a well-deserved barbecue was enjoyed by all.
