After a special Mass on Tuesday, members of Stuart House enjoyed a delicious feast in an unusually exotic dining room, complete with lanterns, fairy lights, balloons and stars. Among the evening’s entertainment was a competition to compose the best limerick around a character from Aladdin. The award for the best composition went to (drum roll) Mrs Hutchinson, with Gaby and Katie runners up. Unawarded, but appreciated, were Miss Pendlebery’s Aladdin trousers and Mrs Love’s monkey onesie in honour of Abu.
It was a lovely evening in a busy half term of fundraising for Stuart, this year in support of United World Schools.
