Everyone had an abba-solutely brilliant time at Mamma Mia! Madness, Woldingham’s Glee Club Show, on Friday 28 April. Performers from Year 7 to Upper Sixth sang and danced their way through many of ABBA’s greatest hits, accompanied by excerpts from Mamma Mia! the movie. Their energy and enthusiasm were infectious, inspiring plenty of audience participation – particularly from Woldingham boarders, who were on their feet for most of the show.
The full programme of delights is shown below. Although the original members of ABBA couldn’t make it, Miss Williams, Miss Chan, Mr Hargreaves and Fr Gerry filled their shoes fabulously for several numbers. Thank you to everyone involved for getting the May Day bank holiday weekend off to such a great start.
